Every other film got upgraded, but not this one. 5* film but needs the upgrade like the rest of the bourne films. Hence the 3 stars.
  • Where is the 4K version like the other Bournes??

The Mummy trilogy, Gladiator, ET, Hot Fuzz, The World’s End, and this movie (even though the other Bournes are all upgraded). ALL are 4K in other territories and despite years of complaining STILL nothing done. I even wrote to Universal Support U.K. and they acknowledged and forwarded to their business team for consideration and escalation for upgrades. That was in April. Please upgrade these and stop putting them in the sale. We’ll buy them when you give us the versions everybody else is getting around the world. Universal are the absolute worst studio for keeping their iTunes catalogue up to date in the U.K. Incredible incompetence and treating us differently. Even leading off the special features half the time, even when they do upgrade the movie. Sort it out!!

‘The Bourne Identity’ is a fantastic film that pulls you in from the start and holds your attention all the way through. I have all the Bourne films as I bought the ‘Bourne 5 film collection’. Why is the 1st film ‘The Bourne Identity’ the only one that is HD and not 4K? If anyone does a search for ‘The Bourne Identity’ then you will see two identical covers of the film show up. One is the HD version that you can buy separately or as part of the 5 film bundle, and the other is the 4K version. They are both the same film length and both are 5.1 Dolby Digital. What I don’t understand is that the 4K one isn’t available to buy or rent. Will you Please change the HD version to 4K and add the Dolby Atmos sound to the 4th and 5th film. Thank you.

  • Beware of Universal Studios and Dreamworks

Beware before buying any Universal Studios movies, (Dreamworks is owned by Universal Studios). Every couple of moths they take there films of sale and relist the exact same movie again. You do get to keep the old movie (for how long is to be seen), but the downside is that they don't appear on search results, and you use Siri to play them, and the ones that do appear on the search results are the relisted ones asking you to buy them again. also, any movies that has iTunes extras, the extras menu disappears form the movies home page. There is no reason for Universal to relist them, and the only reason they do, is to get you to buy the same movie again. They are the only company on iTunes that do this, they have done it with Shrek 1, 2, 3 and 4, The Mummy 1, 2 and 3, Jurassic Park 1, 2 and 3, Kung Fu Panda 1, 2 and 3, and countless others. I personally have over 40 Universal/Dreamworks movies, and every single one has been taken of sale and relisted. It’s really sad that a company as big as Universal Studios resorts to, for lake of a better word, extort their customers. I for one, will not be paying any more Universal Studios and Dreamworks movies on iTunes until apple steps in and puts a stop to this behaviour.

...but welcome back to Bourne Matt Damon. No offence to Jeremy Renner and can't say I rush to watch all Matt Damon films but this role totally belongs to him. The films are great, and can't wait for the new one to hit our cinemas at the end of this month.
