The Hunger Games

All 4 of ‘The Hunger Games’ films are great and well worth buying. Finally “Lionsgate” have replaced this HD version that was in the 4 film set and have replaced it with a 4K version. All the 4K versions include Extras. I nearly always do a search to check (most of the time) to see if there is a 4K version of any film that I might buy. The 3 film set of ‘The Expendables’ has also got mixed film versions. In the Trilogy set ‘The Expendables’ and The Expendables 2’ are 4 K with Extras, whilst the 3rd film ‘The Expendables 3’ is in HD and also has Extras. There is also ‘The Expendables 3’ (Extended Edition) also in HD and with Extras. What is ridiculous is that there is a 4K version of ‘The Expendables 3’ that has NO Extras. Q: Can you guess which film company has done this? A: “Lionsgate”

It’s hard to describe, but although this film was AMAZING, there were some annoying details. For example, the character of Peeta wasn’t quite clear to me. Also, I was upset about the overall topic of the series. Only the first film was about The Hunger Games. I wanted to see more of that. Apart from this, it was great!!

The sound disappears 1:24:38 in the movie This is only happened since I’ve upgraded to the 4K version originally applied fine not very happy after a film and the same goes it doesn’t return

The movie is action packed from the start to the end definately a good buy!

I have loved the hunger games for roughly 2 years now and when I first watched the film I had not read the book and it was recommended by a friend who had read the book. I sort of understood the film but nothing at the start made sense all the hunting the reaping etc although the movie is wonderfully presented and I think the actors were amazing it was hard to understand, a while after watching the movie I read all the books watched the all the films ext and understood but I would seriously recommend the books before the movie as it makes the movie much better!

The hunger games is like my favourite thing in the whole world. I first saw it at my friends house for a sleepover. All my friends had already seen it and I hadn't. So we watched it and I loved it. I love the storyline and I have now read the book which is also amazing. I love the actors as well the Jen josh and Liam. When I first saw Peeta ( josh ) I thought i recognised him from somewhere. Then I remembered that he was the main character in bridge to terabithia which I had already seen. I think it is an amazing film and I couldn't wait to see the next one.

A fantastic start to the hunger games series and completely related to the book with all the correct character adaptations and outstanding acting from all the cast
