THE CONTINUING AND LAMENTABLE SAGA OF THE SUICIDE BROTHERS short film is a Beat Pictures production in association with JMM Film and Kompass Pictures starring Rupert Friend, Tom Mison and Keira Knightley. A darkly comic fairytale set somewhere between the worlds of Hans Christian Andersen, The Brothers Grimm and Tim Burton, THE CONTINUING AND LAMENTABLE SAGA OF THE SUICIDE BROTHERS is set in the black forest woods of fairytale Bavaria. Brothers Barath (Tom Mison) and Bourbon (Rupert Friend) break up the clockwork-like monotony and boredom of their everyday lives by repeatedly trying to kill themselves while forever overlooking the presence of their fairy companion (Keira Knightley) who tries to show them that life is worth living.
