Buy it! An amazing film from start to finish, nicely put together, and not some pointless action movie for simple minded folk.

For 99p this is fabulously entertaining nonsense. Doesn't come under the category of 'chick flick' though!

Based on the principal characters and themes of 'The Good, the bad & the ugly' this Korean Western is more than a reinterpretation of that famous Leone western. This film has good characterisation, excellent cinematography and some great action scenes. I found it enjoyable throughout and it looks fantastic on your small screen Ipod. I'd recommend this film as being one of the better westerns that i've recently seen and it marks the progress and strength that is Korean cinema.

I'm not usually one for watching films with subtitles but trust me it doesn't spoil this film at all. Lots of action and adventure and believe me you wont regret watching it. Buy it, it will be one of the best movies you'll have seen in a long time.

This is an unusual film mixing cowboy, action movie, and lots and lots of killing. Lots of killing. So much you can go out the room at one point, have a cup of tea and a scone, and come back - and they're still killing each other like a real action arcade game. As the other reviewers have said Indiana Jones 4 could have benefitted from some of the frentic stunts, and pacing of this film but I guess Ford is just too old. Not his fault! I kept watching to see if it would get any better but - just more killing, and swearing - and killing. Sorry, I can't reccomend this. No story. Just killing!

This isn't something you see every day - a Western set in ancient Manchuria with a cast of Koreans, Chinese, and Japanese! The plot is very simple, consisting of little more than several groups of thugs and thieves all chasing after a mythical treasure map. This results in many extremely well done chase and fight sequences, many with just the right amount of humour. It's all very entertaining and thankfully is in it's original language(s), that is to say mostly Korean but with some Chinese and Japanese characters in their speaking their native tongue. Highly recommended and so much better than recent adventure/action fare from the US of late.
