  • Fun film.

This film is a mix. Unfortunately, it can’t be taken too seriously because of this. For some they will say it has no identity. There’s action, comedy (at times more of a parody) and romance. Depending on which scene you choose depends on which genre you experience. For myself I loved it. It’s not perfect. It’s just fun. I don’t think everyone will like it though.
  • Disappointing!

A disappointing movie, especially considering the advance marketing. Emily Blunt is totally miscast in her role, she's rather flat and doesn't have many lines. A lot of the plot points in the film and just the general activity happening on the film set are implausible and unrealistic. The real star in this movie are the stunts, and they seem to have included all of them! Some of the are impressive but unfortunately poorly filmed so we don't get to appreciate the detail and artistry employed in designing and executing them. Overall, the film is rather bombastic and lacking in dialogue. It doesn't know if it's an outright lampooing comedy or a heartfelt romantic comedy. They focused too much on the stunts and not enough on writing a cohesive script. Also, a major plot point fail is the use of 'Tom Ryder's' incriminating video, retrieved from his previously destroyed mobile - how did that happen??! For a reportedly $125-140 million dollar budget, they really could have spent more time on the script.
