Description

  • Powerful thriller - Easily the best this year

    The cinematography is very impressive, from the first scene to the last. And so are the excellent performances from the cast. It’s very cinematic, that’s one thing people should be talking about. Also there is a powerful, message in this true story. It is quite frightening and disturbing, made all the more believable by the realism of the action and investigation. It’s well worth watching.

    As a movie, this is straight to TV fair. Unremarkable performances, underwhelming set pieces, and pedestrian plotting. However, that’s not why this movie exists. This movies exists to pander to far right fantasies of global conspiracies. The supposed true story upon which this is supposedly based has been exposed as a fabrication - the movie is no less insincere. Avoid.

    So amazing and profound. Very very sad to know that this is what children are going through. But so happy the world is slowly being exposed. As one of the actors said, if it isn’t exposed it could be one of your kids kids kids! I root for this movie 10000%

    If such things are going on the more people that know - the better, so media can have a real discussion and start correct investigative journalism. Don’t stick Your head in the sand because you are afraid some nightmares might be true.

    Heard it’s a great film. Not sure why some say it’s lies and just for self righteous people to feel better. True story about someone with authority doing good to save children.

    Difficult to watch film on account of the subject matter, but the movie effectively and sensitively raises awareness of saddening prevalence of child trafficking in the world today as well as telling the stories of the courageous men and women who devote their lives to tackling it.
