Not sure why the 5’s, appear to be just fanbuttboys. Movie watched on Disney thankfully so don’t feal cheated and the whole family found it a slug fest. Far too much use of this new 360 screen thing faking backgrounds, seen it in a few other movies and really looks trash and faker than fake. Story line was ok until time travel was now competing against an alien crystal skull…they say this is better and I thought nothing could be worse, now I think I need to rewatch the last as I think it really is a close tie or the last actually beats this 360 fake background fest along with the story line. Will add when this swiftly hits the 3.99 mark.

As a last film in the saga, it did the right thing, focus on Indy’s character. There’s a lot going on here in terms of subtext, which is what makes this movie meaningful and satisfying.

A complete disaster of a movie.

A formulaic pastiche of past themes and characters with little of the past magic

Very poor CGI and blatantly obvious green screen . At the end of the day though you’ve seen one Indiana Jones film, you’ve seen them all.

I enjoyed the film Harrison Ford is always worth watching bit to long they could have not need the first 20 mins keeping it to a reasonable length being the last film they could have bought back more of the original cast short round for one also the ending was abrupt

Indiana Jones, ever the reluctant hero. For me, this movie had very similar vibes to the first couple and definitely well worth a watch.

Classic scenario of milking a franchise until it’s dead in the water. An hour too long. Pointless over the top action scenes. Rushed plot line. Awful CGI. This movie has let down Harrison ford and the legacy of Indians jones
  • Time travel?? Really?!

Crystal skull was disappointing due to absurdity of the UFO, but this one just takes the biscuit! They should have gone back to basics, old school real stunts and less CGI and more of a archeological based storyline that we can believe. This is a pensioner with a hat and whip after all, not a marvel superhero. Which they’d left it alone after #3

Shows his age in this one and it’s not enjoyable to watch.
