  • Strange

Strange and not in a good way. Trying to imitate the performing art genre with the weirdness of body modification was to me disturbing. There was nothing about this movie I found interesting or entertaining just very weird and I do think that’s going to be the way this movie is described by most people, weird. Just not for me. Performance art to me is not art it’s just strange people desperate for attention.

Really enjoy this new movie ,Cronenberg is always delivering a weird enigmatic genre which is mostly brilliant . There is always a strange feeling of after taught after watching his movies and love the way he can capture your attention all the way to the end… If you are looking for some new futuristic fast action movie, there is not going to be your cup of tea,but again,Cronenberg audience is not really looking for this…🤟

Utterly bizarre. I find Cronenberg’s films massively hit and miss, so take my review with a pinch of salt, but I honestly can’t say that I liked anything about this film. Disturbing and almost as ridiculous as the performance art movement it’s trying so hard to parody. I have to admit, though, he never fails get a strong emotion out of me - I guess that’s the whole point, but I would have like to have been entertained too.
