When real estate tycoon Alexander Malone (Tom Arnold of TRUE LIES) sets in motion a proposal to turn the small ski town of Fillmore into a posh year-round resort, he finds himself up against local attorney Lisa Donahue (Nicole Eggert of TV's BAYWATCH) who will do whatever possible to stop the demolition of the town.
