Miss Saigon: 25th Anniversary Performance

It’s very rare I like a musical this much but it’s soo good. I even cried at the end.

I bought this on the day of release and found that both the subtitles and gala finale were missing even though advertised, so asked for a refund and got it. (This now means incidentally that iTunes treat me like a criminal and I get a dire warning everytime I make a new purchase). The subtitles are vital as I am hard of hearing so would be grateful if someone could confirm they are now definitely included before I re-purchase. Thanks.

This 25th anniversary production, screened briefly in cinemas prior to release is without the doubt the finest piece of theatre ever recorded on film. Thrilling. Compelling.Gut-wrenching. Emotional. Miss Saigon is one of the greatest musicals ever written - arguably THE greatest - and this production is undoubtedly the best there's ever been. The cast are fantastic. The score has never been better. This is something to treasure again and again. Unmissable. ***Despite what some reviewers claim, the gala finale is now included - it comes after the end credits of the main show. If your version doesn't include the finale, delete it and download it again with the finale included. It really isn't rocket science.***

Like others have mentioned - the gala is missing. A wonderful production of the stage show but missing the fantastic finale. *I've contacted iTunes: Unfortunately contrary to other lucky ones on here, if you downloaded it as soon as it was released, as I did, the gala is indeed missing (it's not after the credits as that's the end of the download). iTunes said it wasn't their fault. I contacted Miss Saigon and they explained that iTunes was at fault. iTunes are supposed to be rectifying it but still no gala has appeared on my devices so far..*

Now perfect in all ways and has the gala final at the end now amazing

Having come late to the party, (I've not seen Miss Saigon before) I was amazed at the intensity and dramatic performances in this show. A superb cast and a compelling storyline really make me want to go and see this live on stage now! In terms of teh Finale that several of these reviews are talking about - it runs after the credits have finished rolling - and what a great finale it was too! Enjoy - you won't be disappointed!!

When I first downloaded I was dissappointed that the gal wasn't included, however on my next viewing the Gala has appeared after the credits! It seems that Itunes have listened!

Amazing production!! But like several others have mentioned no gala performance as advertised - i contacted iTunes and they are going to refund me and I've re bought the bluray version which does have the gala finale

Love the film, but can't find the gala finale as advertised? Have I missed something?
